That's one amateurishly put together website. The prologue, it's an ITT or a
TTT? Speaking of which I'm still outraged that the TdF didn't have a TTT this year.

Prologues are, or at least were, limited in maximum distance. 12 km rings
a bell but I'm unsure of the asctual maximum allowable, but it's quite
short.

In any instance, prolgues are realistically too short to be run as a
TTT, although it's an interesting idea.

If I'm not mistaken last year's Vuelta started off with a short TTT, in Benidorm
of all places (Benidorm's not as bad as some people would have you believe).
