[OT] Yet another motorists caught on camera using a mobile phone.
A well known TV presenter and columnist has allegedly been caught using
his mobile phone whilst driving down the M40 at 70mph. http://ukpress.google.com/article/AL...OOwLcxSrg7qLXw After initially denying being in the car, Mr Clarkson said "Er, that isn't a phone." (Last year Mr Clarkson also claimed that a boat cannot travel faster across London than a car as there are not any rivers in London).
