WTB: 650c rear training wheel with Shimano cassette hub

I have a 2003 QR Kilo and the rear rim is damaged. I want to build up a
new training wheel so I'm looking for either a 650c rim (28 or 32 spk)
or a used, sturdy 650c training wheel (again 28 or 32 spoke) with a
Shimano 8/9spd cassette hub.
