Bike Hire for QLD Hinterland Ride?

Hi All.

Would like to do a ride on the sunshine coast in the QLD Hinterland
from Caboolture to Noosa. Can anyone recommend suitable bike hire
stores for this? I'm looking for touring style hybrids/mountain
bikes, preferably with racks and panniers for about 5 days.

A related question: is it simpler to perhaps hire bikes in Brisbane
and take them on the train to Caboolture, or would it be better to
hire bikes in (say) Noosa and drive them to Caboolture, ride, then
drop off again in Noosa. Any opinions, particularly from those who
know the area/ride well appreciated.
