Go for a walk instead. When the cold and snow gets to be too much (Dec.,
Jan. and Feb.) I say to hell with the bikes and take to the sidewalks. It is
a nice change of pace and can be quite enjoyable if you have an MP3 player
to take along with you.

A 2 hour walk every day will clear the mind and give you some good exercise.
Walk briskly, but do not speed walk - and NEVER jog or run. That looks silly
and is undignified for gentlemen of our age. Also, NEVER walk in the street.
Only jerks do that.
