Everyone needs to just step back and understand what's going on in Uni
right now. Pull out a copy of Universe or Universe II and compare it to
Defect or Ill. Do you think the Uni's riden in the first movies would
stand up to the abuse that all the new STREET riders are putting on
things now. Yes, trials has been around for years and yes, we needed
strong unicycles back then too but no one was doing crankflips downs 6
sets then. Yeah, you hop alot in trials but think about the last time
you tried to learn a new hop trip like a crankflip or a unispin. It
took hours of crashes and slams to get it. (some cheeky ass will qoute
me and say "nah nah, I did it first try" hooray for you!)

Unicycling is undergoing a revolution and everyday someone does
something bigger and better than the next person. Koxx is mearly trying
to keep up. Yes, there may be a glitch here and there but you have your
glitches as a rider too.

We need to think about this the same way skaters look at equipment. A
board is a peice of wood. Cut it the way you want, shape it for YOUR
style and one peice of wood is as strong as the rest. the better you
get, the more boards you break. They can only be so strong.

The real trick for a Uni company is going to be producing the strongest
components at the cheapest price because YOU WILL BREAK THEM and when
you do, you would like it to not cost an arm and a leg to replace it.

Yes there are nubs on the street cranks, but they are tappered so they
are even and less chance of a bloody ankle.

i think it was done in thier studios

from what I hear kris holm did a 14 foot drop off of a tractor at
naucc?? last year and landed it.
.

In Into The Thunder Dragon it shows him going of a drop, and he says
it's 15 ft. It was called the Labotamy or something like that.
