Default which disc brakes to buy

I'll upgrade my GF Sugar to disc brakes and wonder which ones to buy.

I'm xc rider and weight about 190 lb. At the moment my bike has XTR

V brakes and Mavic CrossMax ceramic wheels. I'm looking for disc

brakes which have enough stopping power, good modulation and weigh

at the most 360 g.

I can't make up my between :

1. Magura Marta http://www.magura.com/english/frameset/default.htm

2. Formula B4 Sl http://www.formula-brake.it/products/index.asp

Any comments about these brakes or other suggestions ?

I'm very happy w/ my Magura Louise FR - If the Marta still weighs too much
for you consider the Marta SL!

More suggestions:

Hope Mini hydraulics. Simple, effective, reliable, tiny, lightweight and
reasonably priced. Oh, and they look sweet, too.

Shimano XTR (lightest on the market)

Hope Mini seconded - the things just plain bloody work! Control, power,
reliability, toughness - I've had ~4 inch round rocks bounce off the
calliper at speed without any damage.

Buy them ones that rip the front wheel off.

Consider handle adjustability and the shape of the levers.

The Magura Louise's that I had once were OK brakes, but I couldn't adjust them
for my hands and they weren't 1-2 finger-operable.

OTOH my Hope C-2's are totally adjustable and the levers are shaped/sized for
one or two-finger operation.

Hope mini again, just be prepared to spend as long as it takes to set
them up exactly centred, otherwise they can squeal like banshees
