Default Bike handling - for your spring group rides?

From their website:

http://www.crca.net/coaching/temp.htm
-------------snip-------------
Learn to handle your bike and to read a pack. Learn bunny hopping, curb
jumping, slow riding, close riding, bumping, falling (in grass) wheel
touching, water bottle pickup.

1. How many of you can do a track stand on your road bike?
2. How many of you can ride in a figure 8 where the diameter of each half
is 6 feet?
3. How many of you can pedal clockwise in a 24-foot diameter circle, using
only your left hand to steer? And then using your right hand?
4. How many of you can win at a slow race in a circle of 10 feet and 3
other riders?
5. Do you know the mechanics of countersteering on a bike?
6. If your back wheel locks up and slides, do you know how to handle it?

Another good site that many will know:

Some articles. Site has some great pics, coaching tips, is fun to read.
Hosted by a nice guy, John Tomlinson.
