Lorry driver loses appeal against jail sentence

Meyer had numerous previous driving offences and was not qualified to drive the type of tipper truck he was in, the court was told. The jail sentence was upheld."

Look on it positively the crash happened in 2013 : 3 years and he'll be out in
18 months - probably out now
