After a little investigation, it looks as if the car that hit the moron

Supposedly this numbskull was not trying to "door" the cyclist, but only
hanging out of the open door so as to reach the cyclist's head.

The vid seems to corroborate the story. It's still very funny about the
guy who kissed the bumper though.

I heard from a person on a mailing list that this was filmed in Chicago
and the guy had several plastic surgeries to repair his lip.

The story is that these kids go around smacking each other while
riding, so the car dude knew the bike dude, so it wasn't some random
act of violence, just some kids f'ing around.
