KMZ Gold Chain

Got the chain and installed it. While looking at the box it said that it was "self lubricating" and showed a chart demonstrating that it supposedly will last about twice as long as a normal chain.

My question is: do you lubricate this chain as a normal one? Andrew?

New chain is hot-dipped in an excellent lubricant so wipe
off the chainring/sprocket/der roller crud, install chain
and go ride.

I do not believe in 'permanent lubrication' because it's
not. Compare Shimano Nexus 'permanent lubrication' he

When chain is noisy and dry to the touch, use whatever
lubricant your religion allows. We like Chain-L but as
always YMMV.

That is a bearing that had failed seals.
