Default Cyclist attacked elderly man and broke his leg.

The 70-year-old was in Woodgrange Drive, near to the junction with
Malborough Road, when a cyclist rode past him.

The man then stopped and ran up behind the victim, pushing him into a wall.

The incident happened on Thursday, 15 October at around 8.15am.

Investigating officer PC Ben Leaver said: “This was a nasty attack on an
elderly man that left him in hospital for several days with a broken leg
and two lacerations that required stitches.

So in other words, the alleged assault was committed by a person on foot.

And in other words, your attempt at rationalisation was committed by a
sophist.

If I exceed the speed limit in my car can I get out of it by insisting that I am really a cyclist?

No, but you could say your name was David Lang and plead insanity.

No doubt. Of course, the psychopaths would have you believe that if
there's a bicycle rusting in your garage and you subsequently commit a
crime five hundred miles away whilst on holiday, and that if you drove to
the airport and from the airport at your destination, the offence was still
committed by 'a cyclist'.

A troll called "judith" was notorious for celebrating wildly if a 4 year old girl cyclist was killed by a lorry which had mounted the pavement, but if the same girl had ran out into the road and been lightly grazed by a passing cyclist, the cyclist somehow became a "murdering criminal".

Psychopaths, the lot of them.

Could we have a cite for that, or did you just make it up?
