I don't have Cue Sheets but you might check this site (http://www.vbt.com/)
They conduct bike tours in Vermont. You might be able to layout a route
using a map and the towns their route goes through. Just a suggestion.

Vermont Life Magazine used to publish a map called Vermont Life Bicycle
Vermont Map and Guide. It's based on the the State Hwy. map and has pretty
much every road you could ride on, excepting mt. bike trails. I could not
find it on the magazine website, but it may still be available in local bike
shops.

It's got 25 "tours" that are based on the book "25 Bike Tours of Vermont",
by John Freidin.

In any event, pretty much every road that's paved is ridable, excepting
obvious stuff like Rt 7 south of Burlington, or the interstates and sections
of Rt 7 in/around Bennington (my own choices, as they tend to get
congested). The State Hwy. map has distances between intersections, so it's
a cinch to make up your own routes. One general comment that as most of the
hills tend to run North/South, any route in an East/West direction will
involve more climbing.
