Where to buy non-padded bike shorts for a good price? Preferablyaround Raleigh, NC
Neither my local REI (Raleigh, NC) or Dick's Sporting Goods carries
non-padded bike shorts. Where else can I look, aside from potentially very expensive specialty bike stores? Have looked at some of those as well and all I can find are the "diaper style" (e.g. padded) bike shorts. I'd prefer to buy locally so I can try them on first. I've tried some running shorts from REI, but these caused major chafing. Thanks very much. |

My current favorites are http://www.fjallraven.com/Products/S...rekking-Shorts Durable. But pricey. But quality costs. |

Kucharik (http://www.kucharik.com) will sew the pad of your choice (even real chamois leather) into the shorts of your choice. -- -John ) |
