Default Drum brakes are back!

Went into my shared office at city hall this afternoon and someone had
parked a "Limebike" there. Limebike wants to do a bike sharing program
for the city.

Dynamo lights. Front drum brake. Rear coaster brake. Automatic nurse's lock.

Limebike was a sponsor of the Silicon Valley Bicycle Summit.
