Seriously, Baka hasn't been around this NG in months, and even when he
was, all he ever did was say things that rubbed people the wrong way.
So why are you suddenly foaming at the mouth?

I haven't even looked at this group for months, yet Dan C, and others
just won't let it go.
I have a highly effective technique for dealing with twits, trolls,
and flamers: I ignore them. You might want to try it. It's amazing
how well it works, on both ends of the line.

Bill

You might as well delete D_Frumious then since he is picking this up.
I did give one troll my address and dared him to show up, so I am not
blowing smoke, just ****ed at the chicken-**** trying to flame me on all
groups, including the science and Linux groups.
This may be a cause for legal action.
Bill Baka

What sort of 'legal action'?
You'll have to marry him before you can file for divorce.

Internet stalking? He is googling every group I ever posted to and
appears to be trashing my name at every chance he gets.
Does that count as something the FBI or FCC would be interested in? Damn
right, so I am keeping a log of all the comments and will turn it in
when I have enough rope to hang 2 trolls/assholes.

No.

They had two gorillas in $3,000 suits come to my apartment in 1972 for
installing a VHF marine radio in a suitcase that the owner could talk to
his tourist boats on the bay. I did nothing wrong but the customer just
broke the law until he said I told him it was OK. Right, a rich lier.

Correct. No threats are being made, except by Bill, and they are
conditional on someone showing up at his home. Nobody is accusing Bill
on anything illegal, so liable is out. Stalking generally requires one
to be physically present.

Rather than what we have seen here, where two willing partisapants on
a public messageboard disagree. If Bill wants relief, he should stop
engaging in exchanges with people who are clearly playing off his
excitability.

Not really,
Stalking on the Internet wight be considered some sort of phishing or
just plain harassment .
I'm sure the authorities ( whoever they are) would take more than a
passing look at this clown.
The only reason for me wanting him terminated is that he googles me and
then goes to that group to start spewing his bull**** again, aimed at me.
I doubt that he rides or even uses Ubuntu.

Chris,
I think you are 100% correct. He must be some dim bulb kid who thinks he
won't get caught.
It is possible to track him down, at least to his provider and area
(city/town) and then throw a complaint to the local authorities.
He is clearly missing what I and most likely can do to him, at least
getting him banned from the Internet for a while.

This is not harassment that you are experiencing. It is mocking.

I'm sure the authorities ( whoever they are) would take more than a
passing look at this clown.

I doubt they will see it that way.

Again, you are not likely to ever get someone terminated based on the
total lack of illegal action, apart from your own conditional threats.

I doubt that he rides or even uses Ubuntu.

N/A

Chris,
I think you are 100% correct.

I know.

He must be some dim bulb kid who thinks he won't get caught.

I do not agree with you, nor am I on your side here. You disagree with
someone and overreact to their posts, which you could just as easily
ignore. This is entirly a problem of your own making and perception.
The more you react to it, the funnier it is to many people, or more
pitiful to others.

It is possible to track him down, at least to his provider and area
(city/town) and then throw a complaint to the local authorities.

You keep saying this. Do it, or not. But talking about maybe doing it
is technically of more interst to law enforcement for filing a false
or bogus report and threatening someone with legal action which has no
basis.

He is clearly missing what I and most likely can do to him, at least
getting him banned from the Internet for a while.

I doubt he's missing the point, but rather making one out of you and
how baseless your threats of legal action are. I used to work for one
of the largerst Internet service providers in the group which handled
the escalation of issues to law enforcement for investigation. I have
seen nothing which any law enforcement would ever acknowldge to be
what you are trying to protray it as, let alone invertigate it as
such. You are not going to get anyone banned from the Internet.

In other words, toughen up butter cup.

I will say this real slow and loud because you are too stupid to understand.

* YOUR. USA. FBI. HAS. NO. JURISDICTION. IN. MY. COUNTRY. *

Got it, mother****er? Read it really slow, you cocksucking racist.
Then try Interpol. They will laugh at you too, but at least you
will be talking to the right coppers.

BTW, you brought this on yourself. *YOU* were the one who made the
first threat (to "mess up my Internet"), *YOU* were the one who
made the first insult ("moron") and *YOU* are the one who keeps
getting caught in blatant lies ("I have plonked
").
Even if I was in your country, your USA FBI has zero interest in
protecting you from the consequences of your own bad behavior. Nazi.
