First of all he wasn't exclusive with LA. Secondly, he's been working with at least four top talents. One of them holds a USPRO license and just keeps getting better. -NoDope

According to Coyle, by the terms of his contract with Armstrong, he (Ferrari) was prohibited from working with any riders who could be legitimate Tour challengers to Armstrong. Secondly, he's been working with at least four top talents. One of them holds a USPRO license and just keeps getting better. -NoDope
