Note the costs associated with the blood passport program - 3 M Euro a
year, with 5.3 M Euro startup costs - for a test that produces results
ambiguous enough to require a 0-10 "suspicion" list scale. If the
money isn't coming from the teams to cover this, then it's coming
somewhere else (e.g. sponsors, national sports orgs, etc.).

If Vaughters has enough support from other teams, who knows, he may
tell McQuaid to **** off. 14 teams sounds like enough to make it
happen.

It would be worth it just to get rid of imbeciles who ban shoes because
they're aerodynamic, and seem to want to ban anything that wasn't around
when Merckx rode. Perhaps all amateur cyclists should join as well.
