Default Cyclist's family get 120,000 pounds fine for him jumping a red

Perhaps if he had not jumped the red light he would be alive and compo
would not even be on the agenda.

You have to wonder about a traffic setup where both the truck and the
cyclist run a red light and hit each other. Is there a diagram of this
setup?
