Should we advise facebook to block the misleading headline as fake news
because it might not all be the fault of the moped, but of differing rider
and trip characteristics? (Also, why didn't those bigots use a picture of
the usual MAGA hat wearing white male on the moped?)

The death of one man diminishes us all. So why was this man attempting to avoid the police? A rock is a deadly weapon and the police should respond in kind. It is amazing how rapidly this sort of thing stops when the fear of imminent death is injected into the conversation.

Simple logic; the rental agency & manufacturer is in the clear when the
inevitable occurs with severe consequences.
