Default Adamas and Dura-Ace AX brakes

Can anyone tell me the difference between Dura-Ace and Adamas AX brake
calipers.
I was thinking about buying a pair of the latter instead of the former and
was wondering if I might have problems.

Cheers,

Linz.

Among many other differences, the reach is longer (usually won't work
on modern road bikes) and the mounting bolts take hex nuts instead of
recessed nuts.
