Here is a simple, compact, easy to use tow bar for kids. It keeps them
close to you while you teach them the rules of cycling.

Note the footpath.

Footpath? You are clearly unfamiliar with American suburbia.

Look at the width of it. There are no footpaths, there is only the
road. No-one walks anywhere except from house to car in American
suburbia.

Wrong. There are some locations like that (as there are in the UK), but
they are not the usual layout.

No-one walks anywhere except from house to car in American
suburbia.

And wrong again.

That looks like an accident waiting to happen. Proven trailerbike bars
hold the front wheel of the towed bike off the road for a good reason.

Note the footpath.

Apart from there not being a picture that actually shows it's a footpath
rather than a road, American law and custom differs from UK law and
custom WRT pedal cycle use.

Of course it's a footpath/sidewalk.

You agree to make a charity donation that can be independently verified to the
sum of 100 quid if it is not a footpath/sidewalk?

You are now being silly, plus, I do not donate to any charity as they are
ALL scams.
Are you going to answer my question or not?

Actually it's not. Why are you so sure it is?
