Are there any india specific bicycle enthusiast groups for promotion of
bikes as a mode of commuter transport and in general technology etc...

India specific ? bicycles are already a major mode of transport in India
- not just commute. This group is a good place to discuss bcoz there is
a lot of international presence. Now, if you are talking about promoting
bicycling as a sport/weekend activity in India, i guess it wouldn't take
off as easily.
