Default Oraganized weekend ride 2005

Enjoyed CAM (Cycle Across Maryland) last year. Would like to do it again,
but the dates conflict with my schedule.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a similar ride in the North East US?

I will be riding with my father who can't handle distances. So the ideal
trip would have multiple distances which stay together for 20 miles or so.
That's the way CAM was organized, and that worked out very well. I would do
the longer rides, my father would do the shorter rides -- but we would be
together for 20 miles per day.

Thanks in advance. Please respond to the group as my e-mail address is
bogus.

-Bob

Bob,

You could try Bike VA. It is in the Roanoke, Lexington area in 2005. Check out
the web site at:

Check Suburban Cyclists Unlimited calendar of events:

The Baltimore Bicycle Club's Kent County Spring Fling is the type of
event that you are looking for:

Consider "credit card touring," You decide the distances and destinations and
you don't need much luggage. You could even ride out and scout out the motels
and the routes.
