Here's the places where I've bought flags for my Catrike:

http://www.intothewind.com/index.html
http://www.flashback.ca/

I have the standard 6 foot flag + I mounted two small spinners (from
the intothewind website) below that + I have the side mount flash flag.

Besides that I have 2 flashing red rear lights (I commute to work in
the dark) + a Cateye headlight. On all three tire valves I have
TireFlys (http://www2.tireflys.com/products/bicycles.asp) that are
motion-activated.

I'm illuminated better than most motor vehicles.

http://www.ice.hpv.co.uk have a nice carbon rod with a small (low drag)
fluorescent yellow flag. They also do a neat mounting bracket.
