Put all of your weight on the seat, sit up straight, look forward, and
go. Eventually something will start to click and you'll get it.

Oh yeah, well don't give up. It's pretty obvious, but if you give up
you won't do it. If you don't give up you will get it. Pretty simple,
eh?
