Funny thing, that. We have people saying that doping was going on before
Lance came on the scene. Tyler Hamilton was on USPS a few years before
Lance. 1997 Tyler finished the TdF, riding for... USPS. Was Tyler riding
clean then, at a time when Andreu and others say that doping was going on?

The 60 minutes interview was orchestrated to make it appear that Tyler first
doped while riding with Lance. Does anyone have a transcript or recall
whether he was asked specifically when the first time he doped was?

Default When did Tyler first dope?

Tyler probably started doping the first time it was offered to him.
Why? Because he knew that's what the guys who were kicking his ass
were doing, and he wanted to be in that group. I'm sure the same is
true of Frankie, Landis, Armstrong, Basso, Pantani, Ulrich, etc.

Don't let Tyler's tics and jerks on that 60 Minutes tear-jerker sway
you. These guys aren't idiots, they know what they're doing.

He probably started doping when he was racing at Stanford. I never
doped in my years there. However, I will give a tell-all confession to
doping as soon as there's any money in it.
