Default Brake pads... which ones?

Got my bike 2nd hand and it has back tektro IO disc brake, on the front some
promax setup.. ?

I need new front pads and I have identified that these pads are the right
shape etc and match my current ones but there are two available...

What is the difference between the two?

Many thanks,
