Impressive ride, he hardly had the energy left to raise his arm as he crossed
the line.

That was one of those fine slow-motion finishes where you're not
certain who's going to have the energy to finish or just topple over.
I was pulling for Voeckler until Jens clawed his way back on. I
_loved_ seeing the four in front realize Jens was back on and could
just about hear them four man chorus of, "Motherfu...!"

A lot of fun.

Excellent stuff, those five must be shattered, I don't see any of them doing
much tomorrow.

Tommy always seeemed capable of pushing past his normal physical
limits when the occasion warrented it.

I remember Tommy being in an almost hallucinatory state after an all or
nothing ride to keep the jersey for one more day a few years back when
eeven Lance Who said "If he wants it that bad, he can have it."

(Grammatical mistake by Lance Who - not by Davey)

Language evolves.

But you are correct - Voeckler is a feisty fooker.

(Grammatical mistake by Lance Who - not by Davey)

Shouldn't that be Lance Whom?
