Default carbon fork with fender clearance?

Is there a 700c carbon fork out there that will have enough clearance
for SGS fenders?

You should have plenty if you use a cyclocross fork and use a set of
cantis up front--a set of inexpensive cantilever arms shouldn't cost more
than fifty USD, most likely much less, unfortunately, I haven't seen
a CX fork for less than 200. Don't know about the eyelets though, but I
use zip ties on my front end with great results.
:P
