Default 27 1 1/14 or 27 1 1/4 fifty?

In setting up a Sigma 1600 the manual lists two 27 " tire sizes 27 1/ ¼ and
27 1 ¼ fifty.

Which is the appropriate setting for my rim? What does the fifty mean?

Thanks
