See Tommy, just as I've ,said, "You Don't Know What You Are Talking About"! Your education is showing again. You're talking about the National Guard. But don't let that bother you. You were born stupid, you lived stupid and so you will die. Satan has a space reserved for you in the lake of fire and you should enjoy an eternity of torture. No Tommy. You are, as usual, wrong. Title 10 of the United States Code outlines the role of armed forces in the United States Code. It provides the legal basis for the roles, missions and organization of each of the services as well as the United States Department of Defense 10 U.S. Code § 253 - Interference with State and Federal law The President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy, if it— (1) so hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection; or (2) opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws. In any situation covered by clause (1), the State shall be considered to have denied the equal protection of the laws secured by the Constitution. So, yet again you blather on about a subject which you so obviously know nothing at all about. Don't you feel even a bit shy at being shown to be a fool... so often? Just like his Loser hero! I was going to say Orange, but he seems to be missing the carrot baths these days. I am not at all convinced Biden is going to be a good(for a given value of) president, but compared to the alternative? And also Tom is having an aneurysm, which is amusing. Every cloud and all that. |

Women in the United States are treated just like men, if you threaten anyone with a weapon and do not relinquish it when ordered to by a cop you are shot dead. In Australia if you are standing in your own front yard without a mask a couple of big burly cops with night sticks beat you nearly to death in front of their children. Do you have a url for this imaginary event? One woman was charged with advocating breaking with reference to measures to control covid-19. Se was 'arrested' with physical restraint when she threatened plod and refused to give an undertaking that she would cease tell others to break the law. Another was walking down the street without a mask on, whch was alegal requirement at the time, and when plod stopped her she became aggressive and violent. Naturally they returned the favour. FYI, only a few rat bags have been opposed to the lock down and mask requirements in Australia. We have only had 907 deaths from covid-19 and the only infections in the country recently have all been from people allowed to return from overseas and were detected during thier fortnght compulsory quarantien. Seem like the kind of person you admire John. Let me know when you plan on visiting the states and I'll give you a warm welcome right in the airport. Once again tommyys true nature is on display. |

I've known of cases where very inept students rose to the occasion when given responsibilities on the job. I've also known of cases where immense wealth or other resources allowed less capable people to beat more capable people. I suspect with Lee vs. Grant, both phenomena played a part. -- - Frank Krygowski |
