(no way was everyone else getting faster!) Try www.worldofendurance.com - cycling link for some good HR/interva sessions. I find any kind of rep will work ie find a hill and go up i as fast as you can several times... hop on ur trainer and do 3 sec/1min/ 2min/ 3 min etc reps with as much recovery as u need in bt each rep (anywhere from half the rep time to triple the rep time) Increase rep time/rep numbers as you improve. LIke SuzyJ says .. it gotta hurt to work tho -sorry about that! hehe And dont forget to allow yourself time to recover in btn each session. one session a week for starters...
