Default FSA threadless compressor removal?

How do you remove an FSA threadless compressor for the inside of the steerer
column?

Just unscrew the expander bolt a few turns and give it a gentle tap.
It should come out easily. If it doesn't, well, it's stuck. Try
removing the expander bolt completely and working the inner bits
until they come loose.
