I suggest wrist pads from pro-tec and save the money on knee,elbow,etc. I ride distance riding of 5-6 miles daily. What kind and wheel size did u buy. Since you are a bit older like some of us. GET SHOES WITHOUT LACES!!!!!!!!!! I have been reading the forum an that is an injury you can easily avoid. People are always getting their laces wrapped around the pedals and falling. We heal slower so be more careful.
