Default Tyler's Olympic Medal

He said in 60 minutes that he didn't dope for the Olympic medal, but
he suspected some of his previous preparations might have contributed
a little bit to his performance.

Didn't he test positive for homologous blood doping, but then the B
sample was mishandled and therefore the case was dropped? Doesn't
that indicate that he lied during the 60 minutes interview?
