Default casing ends in shifters

Some PBlaster and a drill bit in the vise got them rotating. Slow,
counter clockwise rotation of the shifter body, and they backed out.

Screw a thin sheet metal screw into the hole in the ferrule and pull
it out. There are also those screws they use for fastening wallboard
to aluminum studs.
