Why do they test for cocaine anyway since its not illegal outside of
competition anyway. Since they're not finding anything sanctionable its
really just an invasion of privacy.

When testing a Belgian? Two words: Pot Belge. But yes, I agree.
Testing for it out of competition is ridiculous especially since coke
is only fun and useful for 30 minutes. Which is why back in the day we
never called it coke, we called it "more"...
