Have you check Satcodx.Com ? There /may/ be a Eurosport beam
which reaches your island ...

Sorry, spotted this too late to be able to help you.

I have been capturing the Eurosport coverage to hard
disc, and could easily have burned DVDs for you, but
as I have finite disc capacity I erase everything but
the previous day's each night, so most of the coverage has
already gone to the great bit-bin in the sky ...

Let me know by personal e-mail if you'd like DVDs next
year, and if it's still possible I'll be happy to burn
them for you.

No problem. I still have stages 18, 19 & 20 if you need
them, and if you can tell me your latitude/longitude
I should be able to tell you what satellite beams could
be received with a modest-sized dish.

I have last years on DVD... but I'd be happy to pay for media an
postage for this years. I've been trying to get the local TV station t
re-broadcast the highlights but I don't think I'm making much headway
There's only a handful of serious roadies in Fiji and we're hungry fo
any sort of Road Bike stuff (mags, DVDs etc)

I've already agreed to record a number of the key stages for
an Alaskan journalist, so it shouldn't be a lot of extra work
to make a second copy. The only problems that I foresee are
(1) equipment failure (one never knows ...), and
(2) the possibility that I may be away at some point
during the race, as I have at most 20 hours recording
capacity before I need to flush to DVD.

If neither of those occur, all should be well.

Don't forget to let me know your latitude/longitude so that
I can check which satellite beams reach you ...
