Default Borrow a bike

Somewhere I thought I read about a website where you could lend/borrow
bicycles for people on vacation. Anyone heard of that? I have a
friend from England coming to the Phoenix area in March and I'm
looking for a road bike he can borrow for a short triathlon. My 60cm
is a bit big for him. 56-58-ish would probably be better.

Any thoughts?
