Bobby Julich's extra TT Brake?
Does anyone know how he has his extra tt brake cable cabled. A friend
of mine has used one cable, yes one cable, through both brake levers. The result doesn't make for the best braking. Cheers CC |

But photos of Basso's bike from the Giro suggest that CSC was using a simpler solution; a passthrough of a single cable e.g., like the cabling for cross levers. - rick |

The above device should have no effect on the quality of brake control having no separate effect on either lever, the TT brake levers being mechanically in series with the handlebar levers. This is a clean and elegant solution with no drawbacks except expense... and a bit of maintenance. Jobst Brandt |
