i have found UBI , but iv ben unable to locate any others

It takes a bit of fuss, but you might try
logging into this web site:

It's sort of rec.bicycles.tech strictly for
frame-building folks, who would be likely
to answer your question.

I remember when I was poking around the framebuilders' web sites, I
noticed that Hot Tubes has a deal where they teach you to build a frame
and you come away with your own. If your goal is to get into the biz I'm
not sure if this is sufficient. But you might want to check with them.
