Default SEALED BEARING REMOVAL - HOW? Please help!

Hi everyone,

This is basically a 3 part question regarding sealed bearing removal in
components.... specifically speaking of wheels right now. I have a front
spinergy road wheel in which I want to replace the bearings but am stuck;
I've gotten the spacers off but thats it. I also have a rear Phil Wood
track hub and do not know how to get past the part where I have taken the 2
spacers off. And the last part is what is a good lube to use on these
sealed bearings that can seep into the seals and keep them well lubed?
Also, would anyone know the sizes of the bearings for both wheels? Thank
you for looking.

For your Phil, rap one side with a hammer. The Phil press is
nice but not required. The fit is not all that close. Phil
suggests cleaning the surfaces thoroughly and using blue
locktite on reinstallation of the bearing case to the hub.

Here are cartridge bearing tools you can make:

Use a small screwdiver ( as come with eyeglass repair kits)
to lift a seal, flush and pack with grease.

So that's where old allen keys go when they die. ;^)
