And the CDC concludes that none of these
measures have any effect. Saying that cleaning
your hands has any effect is rather silly since
there is no practical way of even testing this.
What's more since it is thought that covid-19
is spread via aerosols, of what use does
washing your hands have?

This would be a criminal action from any nation that is a signatory of the Geneva Convention since "Gain of Function" research is described as biological warfare research. China was NOT a signatory of that convention so Fauci knew that he could bribe them to do such research. But this sort of development does NOT follow genetic precepts of virus growth and purposely taking a virus that required direct contact and lots of it to be infect someone and using CRISPR/Cas tools to attach components of another virus that spreads through aerosols is just about the stupidest thing I've ever heard of short of Frank telling us about what the rest of the world thinks.
