Downtube Clamps for Indexed Shifters

I'm looking for clamp on downtube shifter bosses that are compatible
with Shimano indexed shifters. That is, it needs to have, at the base
of the post, the little square piece that holds the indexing mechanism
in place.

I've have some older ones that can probably be modified to work. They
have a squared off section that could be filed down but I would like
one actually made for the job.

Can anyone provide a pointer?

LooseScrews/ThirdHand used to have them. Oh yeah, and they're made by
Shimano

LooseScrews was one of the first places I looked. They don't have any.
