FS: Custom 58cm Bridgestone cyclo-cross / travel-bike / touring-bike, S&S couplers, many extras!
on offer is an amazing Bridgestone multi-purpose road-bike
(cyclo-cross, touring, commuting) that has been customized to also be your perfect travel companion! in addition to having extra wheel clearance afforded by the cantilever brakes, it has also been fitted with S&S machine-couplings that allow the frame to be completely disassembled and broken-down to fit into an airline-friendly travel box (26" x 26" x 10")!!! during the course of the custom modifications, the bike was also trimmed out in a fantastic "Gios Blue" paint scheme. all customization, retrofits, and refinishing was done by Bilenky Cycleworks in Philadelphia. just install your pedals of choice and a cyclo-computer and this bike is ready to tackle the local cyclo-cross race series or pack it up for a cycling trip abroad! i have sunk many thousands of dollars into getting this bike customized and retrofitted and refinished. this is a great chance to get a super bike for a great price. asking $1500 shipped in CONUS. paypal OK. references furnished on request. walter - fyi...i respond to this address faster than my gmail addr. ps. follow this link for tons of pictures and technical details: http://brown-snout.com/cycling/forsa...e/listing.html |
