Well done that man.

brutal video.

Phone footage of a confrontation between a cyclist and a man in a
white vest shows the latter acting aggressively and putting up his
fists in preparation for a fight.

The cyclist, who is wearing a blue shirt and rucksack, at first
appears to back off and is seemingly unwilling to engage.

But the man in the vest pushes the cyclist one too many times - and
is stunned with a sudden high kick to the head."

Not at all brutal - surgically precise, I'd say. Brutal would be
continuing to attack him when he's unconscious.

Self defence all day long.

I am sure that is what it looks like in Noddy Land

Whatever the position in the territory where that video was staged,

If you are so convinced it is staged your post is meaningless.

Why else would a turd party be filming it?

UK was it? Staged fight was it?

Looks like a cyclist defending himself against attack.

There, I fixed your typo for you.

Whatever the position in the territory where that video was staged, in
the UK, in a real situation, the police take a very dim view of assault
by means of a kick to the head. It's an immediate arrest and tell it all
to the judge, psycho (or "cyco").

Is that right, Rumpole?

Obviously, a defence against any charge of 'assault' is self-defence.
Looks like the aggressor will think twice before attacking a cyclist (or
anyone else).

Enjoying yourself with your silly games?

I'm certainly enjoying kicking the virtual **** out of you and other
trolls, but then .... you really don't make it that difficult.

You don't have to sit there.

They're open...

Drinking at this time of the morning? Tsk. That would go some way to
explaining your posts, though...
