Err 800/(31+28+21) = 10 miles per days. Strenuous Hey!
At an average gradient of 30,000 ft/(800mlx5,280ft/ml) = 1/140th of a
foot per mile. Err, is that an average of 1/10th inch per mile?

So in other words, you ride 5 miles down to the shops each day to have a
coffee and bun, then pick up the daily milk and newspaper.


And yet you didn't give us your numbers. Fact is that was an average of 3 days per week and only two of those included any climbing at all. But as usual for an Aussy you're all mouth and no brains.
