sunblock
What's the favoured sunblock? I've been using an oil free 'water proof'
spf 30 that seems ok on my face legs and arms but not so good on the back of the neck and shoulders when wearing a sleeveless shirt. Eitehr I'm not getting good coverage or I need something stronger. -- 'Ooh I will make you a believer' -Sass Jordan |

I use 45 (of whichever brand I can find a 45 for) on my nose and the back of my neck and that seems to work for me. -- -------------------------- Posted via cyclingforums.com http://www.cyclingforums.com |

sunblock
I use just any old cheap sunblock that I can find that is SPF 30 or above. I
understand that SPF 30 is about as high as sunblock really works anyway. If you have problems in an area, you might carry some and reapply every now and then or just put more on the trouble spots initially. But SPF 30 does well for me in Orlando FL. I am out up to 4 hours in the summer, of course, that is in the morning when it is still "cool". |
