Remarkable.

I was breathalysed in Stockholm and was allowed to carry on my way.
Amazing.

Damn those Swedish police! Letting someone who's only qualified to be a
cyclist, drive a car!!

I am so glad that you have seen the error of your ways in claiming that
only those in possession of a driving licence are 'drivers'.

What "error"?

Same as when someone gets breathalysed. They go from being a qualified
driver to being a cyclist (for which no qualifications are needed).

That's right.

You're a cyclist. It's all you're qualified for in those circumstances.

I've been breathalysed in Liverpool, Cheshire and Hampshire and allowed
to proceed on my way every time.

Guess why.

Your blatant, hilarious and egregious error in believing that to be 'a
driver', one needs to have a driving licence.

Same as when someone gets breathalysed. They go from being a qualified

*chuckle*

You're an idiot.

To be a driver, one has to be qualified as a driver. The necessary
qualifications include the holding of a valid licence.

Someone who doesn't qualify isn't a driver any more than you are a pilot.

They have no qualification, so they're a mere cyclist (something fior
which there are no qualifications).

HTH.

Same as when someone gets breathalysed. They go from being a qualified

But 100% correct.

BTW: They're open, aren't they?

Yes, _that_ error.

Someone who doesn't qualify isn't a driver any more than you are a pilot.

Sadly, the law and the dictionary prove you wrong.

You _do_ intend to get something right at some point..?

You can wriggle all you like, to no avail.

A person disqualified from driving is a cyclist - they are *eminently*
qualified for that, Glug.

No, a person disqualified from driving and who subsequently drives is a
disqualified driver. The 'drive' part is not a legal term.

*raps on top of Nugent's skull and hears echo*

Did a driver kill this cop or not?
